Article 1: Purpose
“Edulink.ma” is a Moroccan platform that acts as an intermediary between associations and donors. This platform is presented in the following three languages: Arabic, French and English.
By using the “Edulink.ma” platform or any of its related services or websites, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use. The latter constitute the contract between you and the platform.
In the event of non-acceptance of these general terms and conditions of use, you must waive access to the services offered by the platform.
Article 2: Access to services
The “edulink.ma” platform provides you with a list of local associations, donors and government agencies working in the field of education mainly in Morocco.
The “edulink.ma” platform also provides you with the latest publications related to education and the associative world, mainly in Morocco. The platform also builds the capacity of associations by providing them with webinars and videos that enable them to better manage their organization and learn more about social and educational opportunities and issues.
Registration of Moroccan associations and Moroccan and foreign donors is free of charge.
Events and conferences related to the field of associations and education are also posted free of charge on “Edulink.ma”.
Access to the platform is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, free of charge, anywhere, provided you have an internet connection. The non-member user does not have access to the services reserved for members. To do this, they must identify themeselves using their username and password.
However, access could be interrupted or limited, without notice, in the event of any breakdowns beyond our control or maintenance interventions necessary for the proper functioning of the platform. You may not claim compensation for any interruption, suspension or amendment of this contract.
Article 3: Liability
The information and documents on the “edulink.ma” platform are provided “as is” and are extracted from sources deemed reliable. However, “Edulink.ma” makes no warranty, express or implied, and hereby disclaims and cancels all other warranties, including any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. In addition, “Edulink.ma” does not warrant or make any representations regarding the accuracy, likely results or reliability of the use of the content of its website or any other relationship related to such material or any site linked to this site.
You make sure to keep your password secret. Any disclosure of the password, in any form, is prohibited. You therefore assume the risks associated with the use of your username and password. The site declines any responsibility.
Edulink.ma is not responsible for the opinions and views given by users to organizations registered in the platform. Only those persons and organizations who have expressed these opinions should suffer the consequences.
“Edulink.ma” reserves the right, however, to refuse to post comments or opinions that are offensive, disrespectful or outside the ethical framework and that are in no way in the public interest.
Article 4: Intellectual Property
The general structure of the “edulink.ma” platform, its logo, graphics and content, which includes, among other things, the database of associations, donors and State agencies, are protected by the legislation in force in Morocco, Articles 153 and 154 of Law 17-97 on industrial property.
You undertake to use the contents of the site in a strictly private context. The use of the contents for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
You must request the prior authorization of the site for any reproduction, publication, copying of the various contents.
Article 5: Personal data
Some information on NGOs, donors, government agencies and other organizations is taken from their official website. These organisations have the right to modify, rectify and delete their data.
To do this, these organizations must register in the “edulink.ma” platform or send an email to: edulink.maroc@gmail.com or send a contact form.
The information requested at registration on the site is necessary and mandatory for the creation of the user’s account.
“Edulink.ma” reserves the right, however, to accept or refuse these modifications after checking the author and the acuity of the modifications.
Article 6: Legal information
The “Edulink.ma” website is edited by the company “Edulink SARL AU” whose director is Khadija SAOUDI.
Article 7: Amendments to the general conditions
“Edulink.ma” may revise these terms and conditions of use of its website at any time and without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms of use.
Article 8: Hypertext links
“Edulink.ma” has not reviewed all the sites linked to its Internet website and is not responsible for the content of such sites. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement of the site by “Edulink.ma”. The use of such linked websites is at the user’s own risk.
Edulink cannot be held liable for hypertext links to other websites.
Article 9: Complaints
Any claim relating to the “Edulink.ma” platform will be governed by Moroccan law.
